Information for Counselors

Tech-Prep is a perfect opportunity to fine tune career counseling. It is a Texas Scholars option, but it is also designed to aid the forgotten majority--the median student for whom there are few programs. Tech-Prep is also designed to aid special populations.

• By the year 2030, between 30-40 percent of the Texas workforce will be dropouts.
