require similar educational backgrounds. A career pathway is an educational
plan that will enable students to make successful transitions from high
school to post- secondary institution or careers. Choosing the right path
to follow is a very important decision. Achieving a successful and satisfying
career takes years of planning, studying, training and hard work. To make
